Is Addygoa Effective In Increasing Sperm Count?

i am 34 year old, my weight is 56 Kgs. my first baby of 30 months was terminated before 1 year ago. we are trying to conceive but not succeed now. doctor said that sperms are found dead and doctor has suggested both (me and my wife) to take levofloxacin tablets for one week. before that i have been taking addygoa to increase my sperm count as suggested by doctor? am i doing right now?
