Is Agave Smoothing Treatment Safe?

Hi - I am concerned about getting another Agave Smoothing treatment for my hair. It is supposedly all natural which is crazy because it takes out 90% of the frizz of your hair. I chose to wait on Keratin and opted for the Agave which I felt was more natural. I am suppose to go back in a month for another treatment and I am just concerned I am harming my baby.
