Is Ammonium Persulfate And Ammonium Sulfate The Same Thing?

Hello, I am allergic to ammonium persulfate. Does this mean I m allergic to most breads abaked goods and beer? Is ammonium persulfate and ammonium sulfate the same thing? How about ammonium bicarbonate? Also is there any connection to ammonium persulfate and hydrogen peroxide? Thanks Tommy
