Is Attentrol Right Medication For Treating Lack Of Concentration?

Hi Doctor, I have been taking attentrol tablets, twice a day for past a week. I feel very drouzy and yarn very often. I went to a psychatist saying that i am anxious always and i lack concentration. He prescribed me attentrol. Is it appropriate to take these tablets or counselling can help in curing these issues?
