Is Augmentin-625 Twice A Day For GBS Infection During Pregnancy Appropriate?

hi i am 19+3 weeks pregnant, i was diagnosed e.coli in my hvs and urine culture, i took cefspan 400 for 5 days twice a day, i got my test repeated and then found streptococcus in urine in hvs both, have been prescribed augmentin 625 twice a day for 5 days, since the bacteria was found only sensitive to it, i want to ask if the dosage is correct? and what should i do if it presists?
