Is Azurette BC Tablet Recommended For Overweight Women?

Hello, I am on Azurette for birth control but through research on the internet, I have read that it is not as effective in overweight women because it is an "ultra low dose" pill. I currently weight 190lbs. Do I have a greater risk of pregnancy on this pill?
