Is Bandy Plus Syrup Safe For Kids?

Hi My daughter is 5 and her doctor has advised me to give for de-worming medicine as she is very fussy and eats only sugar products and also is not putting on weight. She has asked me to use Bandy Plus Syrup
I want to know how many doses needs to be given for 5 year old and also is it safe ?
