Is Bernstein's Weight Loss Program Effective To Loose Weight?

Hi. I am currently on Dr. Bernstein's weight loss program and I get vitamin B12 shots three times per week.
Could you tell me if I would be able to get the same benefits for my weight loss if I were to take vitamins B12 drops, and what should the amount of the drops be to match Dr. Bernstein's program?
