Is Bio Oil Good To Remove Black Mark After Waxing Upper Lip?

Hi, Recently I tried to wax my upper lip and a few hrs later it left a black mark, maybe because i did it the wrng way.
I bought Bio oil(that Ive been using for 2 weeks now) and Vitimen E oil which I still havnt used. Which one would you recommend for me to use and would get rid of this scar ASAP. ?
