Is Biogomet Advisable For Persistent PCOS?

Dear Doctors, My age is 34, height is 5 5 and weight is 76 kgs. I was married in 2004. Due to sudden weight gain, I went to Doctor and after some tests done, she informed me that I was having PCOD. In 2009, I gave birth to my daughter. I had been taking Biogomet 500 during pregnancy but it is stopped now. Again I was pregnant in 2011. My question is that nowadays, I am again gaining my weight very fast. Am I again suffering from PCOD. I made PCOD ultrasound which was negative. Can I start this medicine again because when I started this medicine, I lost 8-10 kgs.
