Is Biopregf Advisable Instead Of Folvite?

hello i am pooja. my LMP was 28-Mar-2010. this is my second pregnancy. my first baby died after 3 days on Apr-06, 2009 due to volvulus. i am taking biopregf for folic acid. earlier i used to take folvite. is biopregf a good medicine as compared to folvite. also the doctor has asked me to take felium-xt for iron. i have started getting big pimples on my face and i have taken 5 tablets till now. earlier i used to take astyferz for iron. please suggest
