Is CT Scan Required For Soreness Under Rib And Discomfort In Leg?

For the last week or so I ve been experiencing some discomfort in my left waist side - there is a little soreness under my ribcage and mild, raw silent ache - not painful but it is there. I also have some discomfort on the back of my left lower leg. My question is do you think I should have a CT scan? I hope this is enough info. for you to make a call.
