Is Ca 125 Blood Test Advisable For Women With Ovarian Cyst?

hi i have a 2.1cm ovarian cyst on my left ovary and i am on prostap even though this is small, it is causing me pain and vomiting. I also have had a complex ovarian cyst on left ovary in the past which had a raised ca 125 blood test. I would like to know wether i would need this test again for this one.
