Hi, I m 23 yrs old and Ive always loved Cerelac but never had it since I was 10 yrs maybe. But two days ago, I ordered a can of cerelac and I ve been eating it during lunchtime and I really really love it. I know it s a little silly since it s baby food but it s so delicious! :D Anyways, I workout everyday. Be it yoga or cardio, I try to workout for at least an hour everyday and I make it a point to not be idle for more than 30mins. I ve always had a issue with keeping weight off so I really try to keep low fat diets and I do eat a lot of vegetables and grains since I m a vegan and I eat cerelac with soy milk instead of regular milk. So my question is, would eating cerelac everyday with soy milk, increase my weight, since cerelac is known to be fattening? Please help. Thanks much!
