Is Clinxa Gel Safe For Acne?

i am 25 years old and i am suffering from acne problem on my forehead. I have taken treatment before 6 months and it was good for last 6 months, and now again i am facing the same problem. The Dermatologist prescribed to use Clinxa Gel for external application and Pinoin Tablets. Now i am 2 months pregnant now, i would like to use the Clinxa gel now which is a combination of Clindamycin and Nicotimide. Is it safe to use at this point of time for external application?
