Is Cudo Forte Advisable For Person With Reduced Creatinine Levels?

my patient name is mamta thakur. she is 42 years old. in the check up we got that she has HYDRONEPHROSIS. she has just got the D.J.stent by an urologist. before this, her creatinine level was 3.5 but after the D.J.stent it is on 1.2, now i wnna ask that is it good to take Cudo forte after decreasing the level of creatinine?
