Is Curamin And Tumeric A Good Supplement For Bone Spurs

Is Curamin and Tumeric a good supplement for bone spurs on top of my foot? What treatment plan would you advise? I am no longer wearing a boot, instead I have a slip on ace wrap covering my toes up to my knees and a compression sock. I sleep with my foot elevated. Please advise.
