Is Cyclogest Safe During My Pregnancy, Given My History Of Miscarriages And Current Spotting, While Being Treated With Primolut Depot?

Good afternoon, I have had 3 miscarriages in the past and now I am pregnant, I didn’t know initially because I did a pregnancy test after I missed my period but it was negative, I went to my doctor who did a scan but told me that my period is delayed because of a congestion as a result of me not ovulating the previous month. I took alcohol just to make it come out but instead I was spotting. I later went for a second opinion and realized that I am pregnant. I have been spotting brown, and have cramps. My doctor placed me on Primolut Depot for 3 weeks and said I should continue with cyclogest. The spotting has reduced a lot but I’m scared of the cyclogest. I hope it won’t have any effect on my pregnancy?
