Is D&C Advisable For Cyst In Uterus?

ok so a girl I Know is having woman problems and won t talk she recently had a check up and cyst have bothered her. does drug use cause this? She Is on th streets and is a meth user. She was told to have D and C ? and wouldn t be able to have kids if this was done and is young but doen t have to have it they said??
