Is Desorex The Same As Cerazette?

hi, i've been on cerazette before and came off it and can't remember having many side effects, i've just come back onto it and its called 'desorex' on the box, is that the same thing? also, it stopped my periods completely, if it does that again, how can i know if the pill is effective or i am pregnant?
