I HAVE BEEN TAKING FOR TEN YEARS DIABETROL SR TWICE DAY BEFORE MEAL AND TELPRESS 20 BEFORE BREAK FAST BUT NOW A DAYS IT IS NOT EFFECTIVE.LAST YEAR MY DOCTOR HAD CHANGE THE MEDICINE BUT THAT TIME IT WAS NOT EFFECTIVE THEN CAME TO AGAIN ON DIABETROL I AM 50 YEARS OLD.KINDLY SUGGEST WHAT TO DO
