Is Diclowin Safe For Migraine?

Hi, I m suffering from severe migraine for the last 15yrs..but no vomiting ..sometimes right side sometimes left. It's goes on continuously for 30 to 40 hrs during which I am taking diclowin tablet then only I m getting relief. How far this tablet is safe as this tablet is a painkiller tablet ..Please suggest whether it's safe or not or will try another tablet ..at present I am 43yrs old.
