Is Dronis Safe For Hormonal Imbalance?

Hi...i was experiencing spotting every month before my periods start.. This time the spotting is there since 9 days and my periods also haven t started. I checked that i am not pregnant..i even got my scanning done,everything is normal. My gynaecologist recommended me to eat dronis 20 for two months.she said there is an hormonal imbalance.Is the safe? Is it the solution for my problem?
