Is Drotin DS A Safer Or Better Alternative To Meftal Spas For Severe Period Pain?

Hi, I am having a severe stomach pain during my periods so in that case every month i am taking meftal spas. Someone said it is not good for my health and she suggested me to take Drotin DS for my period pain. Kindly help me with the right medication.
