Is Duphaston Intake Safe When Trying To Conceive?

hi am princess my doc prescribed dupastun and clomid last month and my period still came.my question is can i continue taking duphaston? or is it a one time drug before pregnancy becos i am hearing d chances of geting pregnant while takin dupaston are low.
