Is Ecosprin Advisable For A Diabetic?

Hi, My mom (in India) has been suggested a dosage of Ecosprin AV 75. Her age is 62 and has High BP and Diabetes ( Most of the time it is under control). No history of any heart related issues (except BP). Please advice if it is fine to take the medicine. Additionally, she will be visiting US in few months and shall be here for a while. Could you recommend a substitute for Ecosprin?
