Is Eritel Advisable For Elevated Blood Pressure In A Diabetic?

My wife is of 43 years old height 4ft 11inch weight 70 Kg. She is taking medicine for thyroid for last 15 years.Further she is having diabetes of fasting 120 and PP 170 and high chlorestrol for last 6 months and taking medication for same. She is having giddiness after sleeping for last 3 days and it is found yesterday that her BP is 140/98 . She is prescribed Eritel - H- 40 once in day from today. Pl. suggest whether any other medication/test is required.
