Is Flecainide Effective In Treatment Of Fast Heart Rate?

i have a pacemaker what is it im confused about it and i am taking flecanide for a fast rate is that the right drug for fast rate as they did stop it and my heart went to farst so they put me back on it i have no af or vf just a fast heart and slow heart so is flecanide ok to take for the fast heart as i was going to stop it
