Is Folica Root Energizer Good For Hair Loss?

am 27 years mrd girl.currently doing M-Tech....i have more hair loss...tried ayurvedic products..but no use...i think my hair rroot is not strong..am taking bath in clorin water sice 2 years..is folica root energiser is good..can i use it....wat to do..pls help me..am tensed abt my hair
