Is Fucidin Effective In Treating Cyst On Labia Minora?

hi about 3 days ago i started feeling pain between my right labia minora and majora.at first i thought it was pain due to menstruation as i got my period 5 days ago but then yesterday i noticed that the area was swollen and it was very red. when i touched it i felt like a hard bump underneath.is it a cyst? and if yes can i use fucidin to treat it?? will i be needing any surgery :(?
