Is Gupisone And Prednisolone Advisable For Psoriasis?

well hello there
i have had a mild psoriasis in the hands area , ive used dermovate and fucicort creams on the infexted areas , it got better but after 3 weeks it spread out on both my palms and wrists . ive been seeking and searching for the best remedy for such condition. one of the doctors of whom i went to prescribed gupisone 20 prednisolone but i've heard some really bad side effects for such a corticosteroidal drug ! any advice
