Is HIV Transmission Possible By Touch?

Hello doctor I m male and had sex with HIV positive girl and I used a condom but I touched my hand on the girls vergina .in after one week I got flu like symptoms in worid about this . I did antibody test after 4 months n it was non reactive but stil im worid about this disease . Now after one year I did test again and its non reactive again. Can I be positive in my future with this exposure. I m not getting good erection. Please reply me.
