Is Headache Be A Symptom Of High Blood Pressure?

I took my blood pressure using a house monitor. Yesterday was 149/95 and today 155/97. I have a huge headache all day today. Could
it be related to my blood pressure. Is 155/97 consider high? I am 49 and have no diagnosed medical problems beside overwieght.
