Is Homeopathy Advisable For Sinus Infection?

hello, i started having sinus infections 2 years ago when spent a week in desert in seminar in southern California. After rounds of antibiotics, use of Neti pots and room humidifiers, it has been recurrent wether i am in hot or cold dry climate. how can i get rid of my sinus problems homeopathically and hopefully for ever? thank you Behnaz
