Is IVF Advisable After Cases Of Missed Pregnancy?

hello dear doctor, I am writing behalf of my wife, she is 28 and she is having thyroid. we are trying to conceive to get pregnant since last 8 moth . we are taking specialist advice from fertility Sa in Australia but so far as result she conceive once about 3 months before and miss it. doctor suggest us to get on the IVF but we are not convince on it. can you please advice what should we would do !!
