Is Inderal Advisable For Trembling Hands?

I have a musical performance and am worried about my anxiety performing. If my hands tremble I can t play. My doctor has given me 10mg Inderal. I ve never taken this (but tried it yesterday to check that I wasn t allergic). How long before the performance should I take it, and is 10mg enough to ward off trembling hands so I can play my best?
