Is Inoflox Safe For Treatment Of Foul And Yellow Vaginal Discharge?

dear doctor,
this is grace from the philippines. i would like to ask from you if it is safe to take inoflox? because i am experiencing vaginal discharges and my boyfriend recommended me to take the said medicine.i am having vaginal discharges for a month now and the color of this is yellow green and has foul odor.
please do answer my query. i am worried about my health.i havent consult any doctor yet.it's only my bf recommended me to take this kind of medicine.is it safe for me?
