Is Introvale Advisable For Endometriosis?

I have been on Jolessa for years. Why did the pharmacy give me Introvale all of the sudden, with no warning. I have endometriosis and I m really sensitive to different birth controls. I can t afford the surgery so birth control is my only option right now and Jolessa is the only birth control that has ever made the endometriosis somewhat bearable. How is introvale different from Jolessa and is there a chance it could make me start hurting again? I just got over a bad spell I don t want it to start back again.
