Is Janumet Prescribed For Diabetes?

I was prescribed Janumet (850mg-50mg) and was given to me for diabetic and on the pill it is mentioned 515. I would like to know if this medication is prescribed for Diabetic? Please confirm because when I look on a website this pill indicates it is for Sleep disorder.
