Is K-Y Jelly The Permanent Solution For Vaginal Dryness And Inflammation?

hello!i am 33 yrs old.i hv two kids 4 yr daughter n 1 yr son.my height is 5ft 2inches n weight is 68 kgs. i got a very severe infection in vagina two months before n took antibioc as per doctor's advise.i had itching,inflammation n vaginal discharge just like yogurt.i felt pain, dryness n friction during intercourse.doctor advised me dalacin V for 7 nights.i used but after one week i felt vaginal dryness n inflammation while passing urine just after intercourse.i talked to my dostor n she advised me KY jell.now my question is that is it a permanent solution?what happened when i stop using KY jell?is this problem start again or i will be fine n will not depend upon this lubricant?plz help me in this regard.thnx
