Is Kozilite Advisable To Remove Sun Tan?

hi doctor,i am surya and i am 27 yrs old.my marriage is fixed on this may.my complexion is wheatish brown.due to severe sun burn my color got damaged especially my hands and legs.now my hand lukz dark in color.i consult a doctor to remove sun tan.he prescribed me KOZILITE lotion.Is it a good one.can i apply the same lotion on my face too.How long will it take to recover my normal color if i am regularly applying this cream.doctor asked me to use this cream at night.Is it fine?hope u give me the answer.
