Is Lamisil Spray Effective For Eczema?

Hi, my mum has been getting some skin outbreaks, like Eczema? She has been consulting for years without real help. it does get better but still comes back. And recently the doctor gave her Lamisil spray and sporozole pills. Will this help and can we get these over the counter?
