Is Levlen Advisable While Planning For Pregnancy?

I went to the dr to change pills due to irregular bleeding while on loette for the last few months. I have been on it for (6 years). dr put me on a higher dose one that of Levlen Ed. I am wanting to try for a baby in 3 months time after my wedding. Is this ok to change and would there be any side effects.
