Is Levofloxacin And Sudafed Safe While Having Myasthenia Gravis?

Hi I have Minastyna Gravis don t think I spelled it right but you know what it is. I have a sinus infectioins & I don t have an official medical doctor I called my neurologist he is not in today the pharmacy gave me as an antibiotic is called Levofloxacin 500 mg & Pseudoephedrine nasal pills like a Sudafed, What I would like to know is can I take these two medications with my condition? I am 62 years old & my Mystena has been under control for at least a year
