Is Liberation Treatment For MS Advisable?

Hi Doctor,
My cousin was recently detected with first episode of Ms,(what I infer from Internet it is called CIS (Clinical Isolated

Syndrome)).She is 26.She is responding well to the steroid treatment that was prescribed to her.
In case she is detected with Clinically Definite MS after another episode, What should be the course of medication (Disease

Modifying Drugs) etc.
Heard of a treatment called Liberation Treatment (Pioneered by Dr. Paolo Zamboni) what is the percentage of success by this

treatment, I hope this treatment is also available in India now.
Whether this Disease is curable/Treatable? If Not then up to what extent it can affect the body.
Whether the patient can lead a normal life?
Is there any problem in conceiving a baby?
Whether this disease is Genetic and hence is transferred to the progenies.
What could be the future course of the disease?
Heard of Myelin Repair Foundation (based in the US), when are they expected to release a drug.
