Is Limcee Tablet Good In Case Of COUGH, Dryness And

Is Limcee tablet good in case of COUGH, dryness and pain in throat as well? I am suffering from fever, body pain, laziness and throat pain, dryness & little cough, from one and a half days. For fever, laziness & body pain i had Azithromycin IP 500 mg & paracetamol tablets. Now there is no fever but laziness/weakness and throat pain, dryness & light cough is still there. Please suggest..
