Is Lipitor Advisable For A Person With Heart Stroke?

Patient had a stroke and was put on Lipitor. Her total cholesterol is 131 and triglycerides 63. I think she should be taken off the Lipitor and monitored since stoke patients need good cholesterol for their neurotransmitters to function better. Would appreciate your opinion on this.
