Is Lithium Advisable For Bi Polar Disorder?

I am 55 . I have been diagnosed bi polar which I agree.this is what I m taking 20mg of celexa one a day 60mg of cymbalta one a day 3oo mg lithium ( that s one I m worried about) 1 at bedtime Klonopin 1 mg one 3 a day Citalopram 20mg one a day Suboxonre 8/2 1 a day Is this way to much?
