Is Lomotil available over the Counter, My mother has had 4 surgeries for prolapsed rectum, Our GP told us that Lomotil is over the counter at Wallmart , but I called RIte AId and the Navy Phamacy and both state that Lomotil is a schedule V controlled Substance, Can you give me a Straight answer
