Is Lupihaler The Right Treatment Method For Recurring Wheezing Problem?

Hi doc! I m 22 years old now and i used to smoke alots but then i got problem with my breathing,wheezing,difficulty in breathing too,dry cough.And i had some antibiotics which was prescribed by doctor but when medicine was over again the same problem started and now doctor prescribed me lupihaler so is it ok to have it?
